I grew up in a self-sufficient, migrant family where food was medicine and natural living was just... living. After 23 years in the fashion industry (yes, really), I retrained as a functional clinical nutritionist - because I believe your health is your most stylish accessory.

I'm 53, and I walk the talk (mostly). My approach blends clinical knowledge with empathy, a bit of rebellion, and a whole lot of realness.
