For over a decade, I’ve helped women in their 40s and 50s rediscover their energy, balance their hormones, and feel at home in their bodies again using real, whole food (not restriction, calorie counting, or complicated rules).
I specialise in plant-based nutrition, peri-menopause and menopause support, and simple lifestyle shifts that actually fit into a busy life.
My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence. Think food as medicine, but with delicious recipes, simple swaps, and support that meets you where you’re at.

my story
How I Found My Way to Holistic Nutrition
Like many women, my journey into nutrition began long before I ever studied it. I spent years juggling family, work, stress, and the pressure to “do it all,” often putting myself last. Even though I loved health and wellness, I didn’t always have the energy or balance I knew I should have felt.
As I entered my 40s, things shifted - hormones, sleep, stress, energy… all of it. And what I realised was that the standard “healthy eating” advice wasn’t enough. Women in midlife need something different.
Not calorie counting.
Not extremes.
Not giving up joy or flavour.
We need nourishment.
We need balance.
And we need support that considers hormones, stress, gut health, lifestyle, and mindset - all together.
This led me to study Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine and dive deep into pathology, functional nutrition, and wholefood approaches that truly work. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of women reclaim their confidence, energy and vitality - in ways that feel natural, sustainable, and supportive.
Now I combine science, lived experience, and a holistic approach to help women thrive through one of the most transformative seasons of their lives.

I’m a mum, coffee lover, pilates fan, ocean-obsessed human, avid traveller, and someone who learns best by doing, not by theory.
My philosophy is simple: nourishing your body shouldn’t be complicated - it should be enjoyable, flavourful, and aligned with real life.
When I’m not in clinic or creating recipes, you’ll find me in the kitchen, doing yoga, pilates, walking, taking ice baths, travelling the world, reading, or dreaming up simple ways to help women feel incredible in midlife.
